Willy Kostka

Co-founder of and over twenty years in senior executive positions with both the Conservation Society of Pohnpei (CSP) and the Micronesia Conservation Trust (MCT). Extensive experience in non-profit management, strategic planning, organizational capacity development and mentoring, fundraising, conservation financing, and endowments, community advocacy and empowerment, government relations, coastal fisheries, and protected areas management, ecosystem-based adaptation, invasive species management, and sustainable livelihoods development. Recipient of the Pew Marine Fellowship in 2006, the world’s most prestigious marine conservation fellowship.
