Madison is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections that drive positive change. With a diverse background in Administration and Digital Media & Communication, Madison enjoys coordinating logistics, supporting others to succeed, and navigating challenges with creativity.

As an integral member of the Philanthropy team, Madison serves as an essential link between IC’s staff and board, supporting executive and volunteer leaders while championing our mission to restore islands for nature and people worldwide.

Madison is a lifelong learner at heart, curious and eager to explore new ideas and experiences every day. When not working alongside an awesome team, she enjoys sharing time with friends and family through travel, food, music, games, photography and especially the beautiful outdoors!
