Klouldil Singeo

Pacific Partnership Officer

Before joining Island Conservation, Klouldil Singeo held various leadership roles within the civil service of the Palau National Government, overseeing agency staff and coordinating multi-level project management initiatives. A graduate of the University of Hawai’i, Manoa, where she earned her Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning in 2020, Klouldil’s expertise lies at the intersection of Planning, Culture, Gender and Development. Back home in Palau, she finds inspiration in her home’s vibrant cultural landscape, exploring her interest in photography and deepening her understanding of Palauan traditional medicine.
