Walter C. Sedgwick has a long-standing interest in conservation and has served on the Boards of a diverse range of conservation NGO’s, including Island Conservation, the National Audubon Society, The Nature Conservancy – Florida, Bat Conservation International, Lighthawk, Tall Timbers Research and Land Conservancy, The International Rivers Network, the Turtle Survival Alliance, the Pacific Forest Trust, and the Wildlife Conservation Society.
